BulletPoints - Of Ultron and Ant-Men

Welcome back to BulletPoints where we talk about movies, games, and other entertainment in more detail. We can talk about the art, the business, or just have a little fun doing something nonsensical like last week’s personal Silent Hill venture. This week, I thought we’d dive in some Marvel Comics lore now that most of us have seen Age of Ultron. Why? Because while I really quite like Age of Ultron it got some things wrong (adaptation wise) and while I’m not upset, I feel this is a missed opportunity that will lower the quality of this year’s OTHER Marvel film, Ant-Man. 

Reloading: Avengers: Age of iRobot

There’s no big movie that just came out to review… right? Oh, wait. Avengers: Age of Ultron. Well, shit, and I have a huge backlog of reviews dating back to January that I still haven’t gotten around to posting. I guess they’ll have to wait a week so I can get to this. Also, Cap, don’t start with me about language, time for a review! 

Highlights - Earth's Mightiest Moments

In my attempt to fill out the release schedule of posts but also to add variety, here’s a new post series I want to start doing. It’s like a mixture of Reloading and Majestic 12, and we’re calling it Highlights. Unlike a full review, I’m just going over moments of a particular game, movie, book, show, or comic that stand out to me. These are moments that are fun, memorable, weird, interesting, or have some significance to me and why. And it’s listed out, but we won’t have twelve different items (that’d be too much).

To kick things off with the inaugural episode and to get ready for Avengers: Age of Ultron, let’s kick things off with Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. You expected me to do the movie instead, didn’t you?
